Petra has three children and she counts motherhood as her greatest achievement. Being a mother, as she says, has taught her about patience, about strength, about support and perseverance. About understanding, perspective, guidance and happiness. All these valuable lessons she projects into her real estate work, selflessly being there to help others. Together with her educational and personal background she has successfully structured sophisticated real estate transactions.

For the past two decades, Petra has been personally developing homes in South Florida, from simple apartment remodels to new single family residences construction. She knows what it takes to build a home, what a well build home looks like, and what to look for when helping clients find the right home. She applies all of her knowledge when searching for homes, and when selling homes. For example, selling a home with updated plumbing is much easier when a realtor can explain to prospective buyers what the updated plumbing truly means and how much better it is for their enjoyment of living in that house. Petra has done this and she knows what a huge difference it makes to replace that old cast iron piping. She uses all of her knowledge to sell a home, because she knows what it entails to build a home.
